Early Learning Center
The Early Learning Center (ELC) is a resource library for parents, teachers and early childhood educators that provides developmentally appropriate educational materials for teaching and engaging young children.
Library Hours of Operation:

Tuesday and Thursday 2-7
Wednesday 10-2
Saturday 9-1
Our library includes:
- Children’s books
- CDs
- Childcare & Parenting reference materials

- Production area to help you make books, bulletin boards and learning materials. Download the ELC Tally Sheet for the cost of our production items.

Individual – $20 per year
