Early Learning Center

The Early Learning Center (ELC) is a resource library for parents, teachers and early childhood educators that provides developmentally appropriate educational materials for teaching and engaging young children.

Library Hours of Operation:

Monday & Wednesday 9-5
Tuesday & Thursday 9-7
Friday 9-3
Saturday 9-1

Our library includes:

  • Children’s books
  • CDs
  • Childcare & Parenting resource materials
  • Age-appropriate learning kits. Download the ELC Kits document for a list of available kits.
  • Production area with Cricut Air Explorer 2, Laminating Machine, Ellison Die Cuts, Paper Cutter, Computer & Printer, Book Binder, Color Copier and more to help you make books, bulletin boards and learning materials. Download the ELC TALLY SHEET for the cost of our production items.

Annual Membership Fees:

Individual – $15 per year
