Topic: The Ultimate Caregiver: How does the Director’s Mental Health Impact the Early Care and Education Center? We all know that teacher’s mental health directly impacts the mental health of children. But, what about the Director? What does a day in the life of a Director look like and with multiple things coming at you at once, how do you remain responsive and not reactive? How do you set a firm yet nurturing tone with your staff?
Join us in the this interactive workshop as we discuss these and other important self-care strategies while networking with professionals who speak your language. Learn about NEW upcoming WNCDC opportunities to deepen your professional development that are happening near you.
