Leadership and Administration for Success in Early Childhood Programs:
Module 2 – Program Assessment and Evaluation-Creating the Roadmap for Improvement
The ability of early childhood program administrators to apply leadership experience,
knowledge, and skills is key to the success of the child care program. Administrators need
access to formal instructional opportunities that address their complex roles of directors
and their many areas of responsibility. This module provides child care center administrators with the opportunity to learn more about options and processes for assessing their child care programs.
Pre-requisite for Participation and Target Audience
Participant must be an administrator in an early childhood program serving children 0-5 with supervisory responsibility for staff members. Target audience includes child care facility owners and child care facility administrators.
*There will be 30 minutes for lunch. You may leave to get something or bring a bag lunch
