*This training is for Directors of Centers only that attended the PAS training on Saturday, June 3, 2017*

This workshop will create an opportunity for participants to identify challenges they face in program operation and develop solutions that are sustainable and efficient using the Program Administration Scale (PAS).  Through discussion and activities participants will link the criteria in the PAS to identify ideas to enhance the operation of their program to support quality.  Each participant will complete an action plan to identify methods to build further competence as a leader and administrator of their early childhood program.
