ITERS-R Overview

The purpose of this training is to explain how the North Carolina Rated License Assessment Project uses the Environment Rating Scales for their assessments. Specifically, the Infant/Toddler Environment Rating Scale – Revised Edition, or the ITERS-R, will be discussed. Specific requirements will be reviewed and examples of how classrooms can earn credit for different indicators in the scale will be given.
