*This training is for Directors of Centers only*

This workshop will create an opportunity for participants to identify challenges they face in program operation and develop solutions that are sustainable and efficient using the Program Administration Scale (PAS).  Through discussion and activities participants will link the criteria in the PAS to identify ideas to enhance the operation of their program to support quality.  Each participant will complete an action plan to identify methods to build further competence as a leader and administrator of their early childhood program.

Discuss strategies to increase teacher morale, reduce teacher turnover, improve quality over time, and develop a long term plan with steps that can start tomorrow! It will affect your bottom line, and open up your schedule!

*Henderson County Directors of Centers  will receive a copy of the PAS book, a complete 3 ring binder to support the workbook, lunch, snacks, and a $50 gift card upon completion of the training. (Limit 1 gift card and 1 binder per center.)

If there is space available, Directors from other counties are welcome to attend for a cost of $50 and will receive lunch, snacks, and a binder with the support materials.

*Participants must complete a pre-test prior to the training, and bring a copy of the results with them to the workshop.
