The emphasis of the training is to help providers prioritize and practice self-care. Share what stress and trauma do to the brain and how to nurture resilience.  Participants will be able to draw connections to behaviors and trauma-informed care practices.

  2. Identify the Importance/Benefits of daily Self-Care
  3. Identify Tools and Resources to Promote Self-Regulation
