The Children & Family Resource Center manages several scholarship or support funds that help teen mothers and single mothers become more self-sufficient.
Support a Single Mom
- Terry Hicks Scholarship Fund – provides support to single mothers who are pursing secondary education at a local college, community college or vocational institution.
Support a Teen Mom
- Adolescent Parenting Program Scholarship - teen moms who successfully complete the Adolescent Parenting Program by graduating from high school and preventing a second teen pregnancy are given at $300 scholarship to continue their post-high school education.
- Adolescent Parenting Program Tutoring Fund – donations help provide professional tutoring services to teen moms who are enrolled in school.
