Early Learning Center

The Early Learning Center (ELC) is a resource library for parents, teachers and early childhood educators that provides developmentally appropriate educational materials for teaching and engaging young children.

Library Hours of Operation:

Monday & Friday 8 am – 5 pm
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 8 am – 7 pm (close at 5pm on 3rd Thursday)
Saturday 9 am – 1 pm

Our library includes:

  • Children’s books
  • CDs & DVDs
  • Childcare & Parenting reference materials
  • Age-appropriate learning kits. Download the ELC Kits document for a list of available kits.
  • Production area to help you make books, bulletin boards and learning materials. Download the ELC Tally Sheet for the cost of our production items.

Annual Membership Fees:

Individual – $25 per year
