Respite Care Funding Program

The Respite Program is designed to help the parents/guardians of handicapped and disabled children to pay for care for their child for whatever reason – illness of another member of the family, doctor’s appointments, a special day with a sibling and/or spouse, or simply time for the family or individual to take a break and “recharge”.

It is our goal to help the families and primary caregivers of handicapped and disabled children reduce their stress levels and feelings of isolation.

We try to be flexible within the boundaries of our funding agency’s requirements in order to respond to each family’s situation.

Applying for respite funds should not burden the family with more stress.  We are happy to help with paperwork or answer questions.

Please feel free to call us at 698-0674 if you have any questions.
